Government opens consultation on the recommendations of the Hargreaves Review

This week, the Government announced its consultation on the recommendations of the Hargreaves Review of Intellectual Property and Growth, published by the IPO back in November.

 

The Government intends to respond to this consultation and make formal proposals for legislation or other action in an IP and Growth White Paper in Spring 2012. The full Review can be found online here, and the Government’s response to the Review can be viewed here.
